ADEBOWALE KELANI ESQ.

Adebowale Kelani Esq. LLB, B.L, ACTI,ACIarb (UK) is a graduate of the University of Lagos and called to the Nigeria Bar. He started his career as Counsel in Treasure Field Chambers where he cut his teeth in Corporate Commercial Law practice and Litigation. He is a Partner with the Firm.

Adebowale Kelani is consummate litigator and an innovative advocate who is well respected by members of the Bar and the Bench with a wealth of experience in banking, financial, real estate, commercial and international transactions. He has handled various cases transversing the firm’s several areas of practice. He leads the firm's advocacy and alternative dispute relations practice and he is the firm’s arrowhead in the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property, Real Estate and Investigative practice.

He is an experienced Negotiator and has advised on various legal issues, ranging from Commercial arrangements including Company & Partnership formation, Copyright, Patent and Trademark registration and enforcement, Conveyancing & Property development, including personal issues from Welfare Law, Housing Law and Immigration matters. He is an experienced Client Liaison Manager with abundant interpersonal skills and vast experience at communicating at all levels with the objective of achieving laid down goals of benefit to commercial organizations.

Mr. Adebowale areas of special interest includes Commercial law, Litigation, Legal Research, Real Estate and Property Law. He is a good team player and success driven. Has exceptional knowledge of administrative procedures, rules of evidence and trial practices.
