BILESANMI YUSUF OLAIDE

Bilesanmi Yusuf Olaide is a graduate of Quantity Surveying with Second Class Upper Credit from the prestigious University of Ilorin. He joined the firm as an Estate Officer under the property management department (Real Estate Department).

Before joining the firm, Mr. Bilesanmi has over 7 years experience in construction cost planning and budgeting (consulting & contracting). His able to work both as a team player and as well independently while maintaining an injury and incident-free environment.

Mr. Bilesanmi is an intuitive and dedicated Real Estate Professional with experience; matching clients with properties that suit all their needs and streamlining the negotiation and closing process through effective communication.

Presently, Mr. Bilesanmi is a probationer member of the following institutions: The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers and Health and Safety Environment (HSE) certified safety officer.
