Kelani Abiodun Gafar is a graduate of Economics (B.sc/Ed) from the prestigious University of Lagos. He joined the firm in 2013 as a Managing Partner (Real Estate Department).

Kelani Abiodun Gafar is a seasoned real estate consultant with wide experience in property managements, lease, sales, renovation/construction projects and all kinds of real estate investment. As a Real Estate Consultant with more than 9 years of experience and in-depth working knowledge of the real estate industry managing bespoke commercial and residential real estate projects tailored to meet the goals of individuals and institutions; Mr Abiodun has continued to stand out has an experienced property analysis, business development and real estate professional who is proficient in commercial as well as residential properties, adept at developing comprehensive property sales marketing plans. He confers closely with our clients to understand their needs and financial means related to property purchases, leasing, projects and real estate investment.

Mr. Abiodun oversee all aspects of development, construction, design across commercial and residential projects and he has work with extensive network of renown architects, designer, property managers and contractors to deliver desired results. He has steer real estate negotiations to serve interests of residential and commercial real estate clients to achieve individual or business goals.

Mr. Abiodun leads the firm’s Real Estate Unit and has handled various real estate investment projects. He is a good team player and success driven.
