ONADERU JOSEPH GBENGA

Onaderu Joseph Gbenga holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Bowen University in Osun State, Nigeria. and International Business (MSc) from Robert Gordon University in Scotland. He is also a WSO Occupational, Environmental, and Health Safety professional.

Joseph joined our organisation in 2017 as a management and operations analyst, tasked with fine-tuning and managing the real estate department's operations. Later that year, he was promoted to the project management team, where he led many building projects for the organisation. He has worked in management for over a decade and has worked in banking, retail, automotive, oil and gas servicing, and the real estate industry.

He is in charge of developing the structure to improve project management success, project success, operational efficiency, and financial growth, as well as supervising leasing agents and ensuring compliance with our organization's policies and procedures, procurement, leasing, and property management.

He has had an exceptional and wonderful run in this job in our organisation, having extended our services, fine-tuned our procedures to be more efficient, and trained our real estate officers and project management team on useful management skills and practises for project success.

He is well renowned for being process and result focused, innovative, thorough, dependable, honest, and a team player. His interests include construction project management, innovation management, product management, resource management, and design thinking. He admires Steve Jobs, Russell L. Ackoff, John D. Rockefeller, and Lord Sugar's Apprentice UK.

In September 2022, he left the company for another masters degree, Project Management, at the University of Sussex, Brighton, United Kingdom.
